As you read this, remember the ongoing struggle and keep Israel in your prayers. I want to explore why this sliver of land is not just a piece of real estate, but a vital part of the narrative of God, and why it should matter to all of us—now and forever.

You might be familiar with the verse John 3:16, "For God so loved the world..." but have you ever stopped to think about the significance of that little word 'so'? In the original Greek, this word is "houtōs" (οὕτως), and it doesn't just indicate how much God loves us; it also tells us how God loves us. This isn't just poetic; it's practical. It's the reason we're compelled to reach out through sports camps, medical clinics, and humanitarian aid, meeting the unique needs of the communities we serve.

If there ever was a time to visit Israel, it is now. As Christians, we are called to bear witness to the wonders of our faith. And what better way to do so than to walk the very land where it all began?
